Community Management – the most important part to keep the public engaged in social media is through community management. Zetlin will keep track of comments, likes and share to make sure that the followers are engaging positively and the community manager will develop conversations with users, whether they have posted positive or negative comments, in order to build relationships and create solutions to the negative reactions.
Social Media Reports – each month, Zetlin will develop a report to deliver results to clients. These will include number of followers, engagements, comments, highest performing posts and recommendations for the next month based on the results.
